Billing Policy
When the option to pay for the product in multiple payments is selected, then the amount due when the order is placed includes the first installment payment for the product, sales tax if applicable, and shipping & handling fees. You will automatically be billed for the remaining monthly installment payments. Monthly installment plans require on-time payment for each installment. If payments are late or missed, you will be billed for the entire balance due plus a $25 late fee.
Scanning products (NeatDesk or NeatReceipts) will automatically be charged. A payment will be due at the time of purchase. The amount due will depend on the payment plan chosen when the order is placed. Additional products such as NeatCare or the Travel Case will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Sales Tax will be charged in full at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling will be charged at the time of purchase. If you decide to return the product within the 30-day period, these shipping charges will be returned to you. Grand Total is the total amount you will be charged, both immediately and in future monthly payments. Amount Due Today is the amount you will be charged immediately. Balance Due is the Grand Total, minus the Amount Due Today. Once your order is complete, you can view your scheduled payments on the My Account page.
